Loren Giesler, Extension plant pathologist with University of Nebraska – Lincoln, takes growers on a field tour to introduce stages of sudden death syndrome in soybeans, including early and late infection symptoms in an effort to further educate growers to monitor and control for sudden death syndrome.
Going one step further, growers get an opportunity to see the difference in sudden death syndrome and brown stem rot.
